   General Manager-Operation    Job Code  
 Maintain a broad, flexible and strategic view of the Manufacturing functions. Provide strategic/tactical direction to all related operations and functions including technical operations, process, formulation and analytical development.  Monitor as necessary with a goal of constantly improving and enhancing the capabilities of the Company.  Accountable for product cost drivers, overall cost of ownership, risk management, compliance and ongoing cost improvement for all products.  Ensure appropriate resources are available and positioned to meet continued requirements for growth. Establish quantitative metrics consistent with the company’s business objectives for leadership in product cost, quality and delivery.  Cultivate and maintain external relationships with third party suppliers and partners, key customers and professional organizations; develop strategies to monitor and identify future market trends.  significant biologics development experience and developing processes for commercial scale productions.  Strong knowledge of cGMP Compliance and Quality.  Regulatory knowledge on quality standards, documentation required for obtaining CEP, ANVISA & MCC. Hands on experience of product approval in India, Europe, Middle East, Latin America & China.  Strong Liasoning skills for obtaining Drug, Municipality, Factory & Solvent Licenses including other statutory renewals.  Strong inventory planning and management skills required.  Experience with evaluation and management of global multi- product strategies and processes; Project Selection, Standards, Hazard & Operational Study, manage and reduce cost, ensure and improve product availability and reliability over the life cycle of the product.  Experience leading effectively within matrixes and cross functional environments; driving decisions regarding overall manufacturing and supply chain priorities, allocation of human resources and finances, value of proposed projects, and effectiveness of manufacturing and supply chain performance.  Experience interfacing with the Drug Administration and, as appropriate, Pharmaceutical regulatory agencies is strongly desired. Education, experience and documented results in leadership and project management.  Experience in problem solving, negotiations, presentation and collaborative team-building with non-direct reports across multiple geographies and cultures and, external parties required.
