- We are looking for Regional sales Manager in Mumbai location - 10- 12 yrs experience of hard core sales through channel network in south India preferably from Paints, Building material, Tyres, Lighting company, Consumer durables. - The Candidate should have done a regular MBA. - RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing & developing the overall channel sales network by achieving the volume & value targets of the Depot/depots through a team of front line sales personnel/ ASMs/DSMs. - Frontline field sales role, involving management of end to end sales processes (right from prospecting/cold-calling to deal negotiation, closure and client handling). - Accountable for achieving set target in particular region. - Seek out new prospective customers and develop new business relationships. - Ensure that all prospects are uploaded on the sales force MIS & DSR. - Ensure that Targets are achieved with high levels of integrity and compliance. - To train himself on the product and understand the operational requirement of the product. - Investigate reasons for lost sales. - Promote and be part of a healthy team spirit among the sales team. - Being available to the Clients when they need advice or information. - Generating timely reports, such as monthly sales reports and target performance. - To travel extensively across the region to promote the company programs to clients.
