- We are looking for Office Coordinator (Female) for construction company in Ludhiana Location. - Candidate should have 1-2 years experience. - Candidate should have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Answering telephone calls, taking messages for HOD, dealing with other HOD in the Office in a helpful and courteous way. - Making data and HIS entries into the computer database. - Maintaining the secretarial call of the Department, and assist the HOD in efficient running of the Department. - Maintaining filing system in the Office. - Maintaining the MIS of the departmental work. - Sorting out routine correspondence independently. Carrying out follow up jobs according to the time schedule. - Ensuring that office discipline is maintained. - Assisting the seniors in administration of the department. - Receiving and dispatching mails. - Performing other duties of comparable responsibility that may be assigned from time to time.
